🇬🇧 Returns and Cancellations Policy – Football Kingdom
At Football Kingdom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That is why we offer a clear and transparent returns policy, in full compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

⏱ Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without providing any reason. This right is guaranteed under UK consumer law.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you are not required to do so - an email stating that you wish to cancel is enough.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them.
✂ Personalised Items
Shirts and products customised with a name, number, patch or any other personalisation are made specifically to your instructions. Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to clearly personalised goods.
This exception applies only to the personalisation itself. If a personalised item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are still fully protected and entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Non-personalised items are covered by the standard 14-day right above.
✅ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in perfect condition, unused and undamaged.

It must be returned in the original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.

Items that are used, damaged or returned after the deadline may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process a refund, store credit, or exchange, according to your choice.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or shipping error, Football Kingdom will cover all return shipping costs.
