⏱ Return or Exchange Period

You have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason. This right is guaranteed under current EU legislation.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in perfect condition, unused and undamaged.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.

  • Items that are used, damaged or returned after the deadline may not be accepted.

  2. Our team will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process a refund, store credit, or exchange, according to your choice.

💳 Refund Options

You may choose one of the following:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Exchange for the same item (in a different colour or variation) or a different item from our catalogue

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or shipping error, Kin Store will cover all return shipping costs.

  • In cases of change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as stated in EU regulations.
