These Terms of Service govern the use of the Football Kingdom e-commerce website, which operates in the United Kingdom via the Shopify platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below, in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

1. General Website Use

Access to the Football Kingdom site is permitted solely for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other secure options available at checkout.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. A digital invoice will be sent to the email address provided.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the courier and delivery location.

  • Any customs duties, taxes or import fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Football Kingdom commits to dispatching all orders within the stated timeframes, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen events.

4. Consumer Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason.

This right does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised - such as shirts customised with a name or number - as set out in our Returns and Cancellations Policy. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Football Kingdom website - including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, layout and design - is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of the site's content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Football Kingdom shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or purchased products
